The Hotel Monaco is a little like entering into a chapter in “Alice in Wonderland”. It’s all in the name of fun – splashy colors and whimsical ideas at every turn, but it has a nice ambiance and a very attentive staff. It’s part of the Kimpton Hotel chain. It’s obvious: they don’t like to appear chain-like.
