This photo took forever to shoot. I was using a film camera back then. I tried shutter priority and everything I could think of. I even tried leaving the shutter opened to get the shot, but those shots didn’t work at all. Out of 44 shots, I got only this one, which is OK, but not great. It looks like the lightning is hitting the Bay Bridge, but it was not actually that close. Thankfully. It was a very entertaining evening.
