My apologies for not posting anything for so long, but I was on a vacation for nearly a month, and in Europe, Internet access can be difficult, unavailable, or really expensive. In the process of visiting Paris, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Orange, Chataneuf-du-Pape, Gordes, Arles, Camargue, Amsterdam and more, I captured over 3,000 new photos. It was a great trip and I’m threatening to create another blog about Europe, but for now, being home in San Francisco is enough. I’ve included a photo of myself (shameless promotion) at the TGV train station in Avignon, which was really a cool and ultra modern train station. It’s limited to TGV trains only (the deluxe fast trains of France). It was a hub of activity and fun to watch people come and go from all over Europe. Earlier today I was reading some posts on this blog and notice how often I reference Paris frequently comparing it to San Francisco. Hmmm. Maybe I need to live there too?
Quirky San Francisco
