Right across the street is the Fairmont Hotel, which was recently remodeled and honestly, I think it’s lost something. The faux marble didn’t need to be added to the huge pillars. Plain paint would have been much nicer. The splendor of this classic old hotel should have stood on it’s own, without adding the fluff. [...]
